Padhai Timer ("we", "us") is run by Padhai Labs, an independent project based in the Republic of Korea. This page explains what we collect when you use the Padhai Timer website or app, why, and the choices you have.
We do not ask for your phone number, location, contacts, photos or payment details.
Other signed-in users can see your nickname, exam, today's study time, whether you are studying now and the subject. Members of your groups see the same. Nobody else sees your full study log. We do not sell your data or show it to advertisers.
Your data is stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud), in the data centre region chosen for this service (asia-south1, Mumbai, India). A copy is also kept in your browser so the timer works offline.
We keep your study log for up to 120 days of history. You can erase everything at any time from Settings → Erase my study log. This deletes your log and your study hall row.
Many exam aspirants are under 18. If you are under 18, please use Padhai Timer only with the agreement of your parent or guardian. Parents or guardians can ask us to delete a child's data by writing to the address below.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to padhai4018@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, show a notice in the app.
